Plain answers about what we collect and why.
Information you send us
When you request a quote or send an agent inquiry, we receive the details you enter (such as your name, company, email and phone) so we can respond. We use it only to reply and to provide our services, and we do not sell it.
Advertising measurement and optimization
We use Google Ads to measure whether our ads lead to agent inquiries and clicks to our agent application, and to optimize our advertising, including ad personalization. When allowed, Google's tag sets cookies and sends Google information about your visit, such as the page, the ad click and whether one of those actions happened. An application-link click is not a completed application. We do not send your name, email or phone number to Google.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland and Canada are asked first. We ask throughout Canada because our country lookup cannot distinguish Quebec. If your location is unknown, we also ask first. Our Google Ads tag and conversion events remain blocked until you accept in these regions; elsewhere ordinary tracking is enabled unless you reject it. Google still records ad clicks and impressions independently of this site's conversion tracking. Learn how Google uses this data at business.safety.google/privacy.
We store your choice, when you made it, the notice and choices shown, and the covered data, purposes and recipient in your browser. A later withdrawal is added to this history rather than erasing earlier acceptance. Rejecting stops subsequent conversion events, including in other open tabs; blocked events are never replayed after acceptance.
